Kinda New to Denison, handicapped & can not drive. This restaurant is abt 5 min. from my place & I've been there 3 or 4 times. Fabulous food & drinks🍷. Try the Rib eye if you should decide to visit them...EXCELLENT 👍 Ä Ä Ä Ä Ä 👍

We had a great time at the rig today! Needed some food and had great drinks! I was drinking frozen margaritas and they were amazing! Megan was our server and she was so timely and sweet. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and it was awesome! We will definently be back again! Thank you for the great service drinks and food!

I have ordered off the lunch menu many times. My favorites are the Chicken Fried Steak, 3-Enchiladas, and Cheeseburger. Serving size is filling and taste is delicious and always served hot. They have a patio too which looks relaxing for an evening out. I highly recommend the North Rig Grill!

Nice place with a good variety of choices. The Bar is separate from restaurant and the live music was great. Dinner was good, if a bit to heavily seasoned for my liking. I do not care for that much salt.Desert was delicious and definitely satisfied the sweet tooth. Looking forward to Friday night Prime Rib.As promised, Friday night Prime Rib Special was fantastic. Huge slab of meat cooked medium rare and seasoned perfectly. Baked potato for a side and it came with au jus and horseradish (not to spicy). Pecan Cobbler cake was a perfect end to the day. Overall, looking forward to next visit.

This place is amazing! We’re here from out of town and came here with a group of friends. Figured it’d be your average run-of-the-mill restaurant off the highway, but maaan it’s not. I got the chicken noodle soup and 1/2 sandwich and was not disappointed. The soup is fresh and the chicken is real y’all. As a soup maker this is as good as if not better than home made. On top of the great food, the service was great! Our waitress stayed in top of everything and drinks were always refilled without us requesting. Amazing place! Definitely worth a stop.

We stopped in for lunch and everything was great! Huge baked potato and great pulled pork tacos. Server was very attentive and polite. Prices were very good for what you get

The atmosphere was nice and my wife really enjoyed her butterfly fried shrimp but the beef kabob were not appetizing at all. (See pic) where's the skewer? Wasn't even grilled. It was more like sauteed stir fry. Won't be back anytime soon.

Been here many times and never had a bad meal. Best cheese sticks I've ever eaten! Steaks are awesome.

Great fried pickles, great outdoor patio and the music is awesome. I have ate a meal or two but wasn't that impressed. With that being said it's a great place to hang out and drink a beer and eat appetizers.

You definitely know who the local special people are here so just get ready to get in line

This place is a diamond in the rough!! Stopped in for lunch everyone is super polite and service is hands down 5 star!!!! Now the lunch specials $8 were a total suprise!!! Beef tips homemade mashed potatoes and green beans!! Everything was excellent.

I was up here in Denison for work, and I stopped in here for lunch. The staff was awesome and was able to recommend something delicious *and* low cost. I was completely satisfied and pleased with this place. :)

BAD! Waited almost 6-7 minutes to be seated and there was no one in there. First waitress could not answer our question about something so she went to ask but she never came back! 2nd waiter was male,possibly manager, took our drink orders came back 10 minutes later with those but didn't bother to take our food order. I overheard other people talking about how long they had been waiting for their foodWould have been different if they were busy but they weren't ! It was at 4:30 on Monday. Paid for our drinks and left. Will never go back 😠

Great atmosphere, great service, food is good. I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich which was a little soggy but my sweet potato fries were great. My husband ordered Chicken fried steak and got chicken fried chicken instead, he didn't say anything because our server just got a 13 top and didn't want to wait for a recook. Other than that it was a good experience. Will try again in the future.

Best place in town hands down. Great food even better drinks.

We have passed this place hundreds of times and only stopped this week, oh my goodness what a pleasant surprise! Excellent down home cooking, perfectly seasoned veggies, the best Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and chicken tenders that taste like your grandmother prepared them, absolutely wonderful "find", we have been back twice this week! Great service and great prices!

We're from Dallas and went to North Rig Grill for lunch. Great atmosphere, good food & generous pours from the bartender! Nice bar and grill and it looked like it's pretty popular with the locals, too!

Love this place.Great food and we love Darian.Sundays is all you can eat catfish and it's fantastic. Grilled or fried.Clean place.

Great food at great prices! They aren't kidding about prime rib sandwiches selling out! They opened at 11 and at 1126 they were almost sold out! I got one of the last 2,and I enjoyed it very much. The onion rings are not pre-breaded like the kind from a box, they are genuine hand breaded and were delicious! No complaints here, even the waiter Caleb was so friendly and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Worst service ever. Hire waitresses that aren't teenagers. Never got out appetizers. Orders all you can fish but had to wait until e everyone was finished before another order was put in. So we just tied up a table waiting for two tiny pieces of fish. What food we did get was great. Side salad was never received. Drinks were refilled after we were finished. Table was dirty when we sat down. Very disappointed.

Great daily specials- very economical. They have a ton of sides to choose from, too, which is awesome. Customer service is a bit lackluster, but food makes it worth it overall.

Was there for 30 min and pretty much invisible finally flagged a waitress down she was no help the second waitress I got over to the table took our drink order and forgot about us there was only 2 tables they where working outside. There was a table next to us the people where sitting at that came in when we did they wouldn’t even clean the table for them after 45 minutes and only just getting a beer we bolted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! You want good service go to the Cotton Patch next door
